Conflicting bug/crash report guideline (debug tool output)

In the "bug" report guideline, the text mention that the files are included in the debug tool report

However in the "crash" guideline, thoses notes are missing:

Wich can lead to oversights if the player is scrolling to the "crash" section without reading the "debug" section
