Gamepass Game crashing - Level 11, connected with Xil doctor

On Gamepass. As far as I can tell, it seems to be connected with a specific doctor in the hospital since I can reliably get a repro.

Literal bug in the game.

Xil Doctor: Viscount Glent
-Clicking on him
-Mousing over him
-Going through staff management view and clicking on him

Save file will instantly crash when I do the above.

Unable to generate crash files using CTRL+SHIFT+F7, but have attached Player and Player-prev. Both of them are post-crash. Player crashed when I moused over doctor. Player-prev crashed when I went through staff management view and clicked on him.

No worries. I beat the level by ignoring the character and everything was fine after. If it's not a super easy bug to figure out, it can be deprioritized.
