Not saving - In chapter 11 game says it is saved but does not open after that and save game is missing.

Chapter 11 loamcore - says it saves, next time you try to log in it won't open your game. On resetting,  save game not there.

I am really sorry Marie that this has happened to you. Unfortunately, since this has happened on PlayStation, what we can do is pretty limited. I will ask our team if there is any way of recovering your save files but I cannot promise anything.

all data officially gone. Back on the first level, can't build rooms, can't see bottom panels off the bottom of the screen

I am sorry Marie. Our team is investigating the case of lost save data but I cannot promise it will be retrieved. Please let me know if your saved data reappeared once the update has been available to download.

Yeah, this problem is related to losing save files on consoles and we are hopeful the next update will fix the problem completely.

This happened to mine and sounds like it’s really common on PS5. Hoping they get a patch soon. Does it show you have certain star levels for chapter 11 or the runtime? Mine runs back to 00:00:00 for playtime and restarts the level like it was never played.
