Stuck in chapter 3, nothing happens after patients got cured

I encountered a pretty big problem. I got stuck in chapter 3 when the hypertrain arrived. I got all patients cured, but then nothing happens. The last dialog was: "We should have Medibot clean the train from it's shell" or something like that, and then nothing. Right now I can't proceed to the next chapter and i'm stuck.
