Pest Trap Not Functioning
I placed down the pest trap in my hospital but it doesn't kill any pests.

Hi again Joseph! I just received news that the "pests" in the picture are Critters and and pest trap won't work on them as they do not cause the hospital any harm and are used as a resource in the objective you are currently having as you can see in the top right corner of your screen.

Hey! I am sorry you have a problem with pest infestation. We need you to provide us with certain game files to investigate the issue. Instructions on how to generate the files can be found HERE. Please note that the files must be generated from the same session the bug has occurred.
Additionally, if possible, could you record a short video showing the problem?
