Raitng cannot go to 5 stars in some cases

Hey, 

I noticed that in chapter 11 and first sandbox level Ive got rating stuck on 4,9 stars. Ive got 5 star rating achievement on steam, and got 5 star reward from the sandbox level, but stars (and objective) is still stuck at 4,9. 

Ive noticed that some people talked about this on discord, but I couldnt find any ticket here.
