Consultant Replaced with "Hallow Soul"

When I'm viewing the Consultants, the character Ultra is replaced with 'Hallow Soul'. Their skin thumbnails are replaced with a white t-shirt labeled 'Hallow Soul'. See attached file: 20240604012718_1.jpg I don't have any clear instructions on how to replicate this issue. It appeared after the recent update. Restarting the game does not reset the problem. I would like to keep my save file if possible when issue is resolved.

Hey! I am sorry you have a problem with your consultants. To investigate the issue, we need you to provide us with certain game files - Instructions on generating the files can be found HERE. Please note that the files must be generated from the same session the bug has occurred.
