Consultant stuck

Dr Earl Prince Esq is stuck. I can teleport him, but he doesn't move. Tried dismissing him, restarting the level, restarting the game, nothing. I finished the level, now I have him again in the last mission and he is yet again stuck.

Hey! I am sorry you have a problem with one of the consultants being stuck. To investigate the issue, we need you to provide us with certain game files - Instructions on generating the files can be found HERE. Please note that the files must be generated from the same session the bug has occurred.

Additionally, if possible, could you record a short video showing the problem?
