PS5 Bug- Babylo Getaway

Babylo Getaway has reset my progress twice. I save my game intermittently while im building and i also save before i exit. If you re enter the level without leaving the game the level bugs out and doesnt load. If your re entering the level after closing the game entirely it completely resets losing all progress. Im not sure if its important to note but i have 5 starred the first 2 levels already and had decided to start Babylo Getaway since it seemed to be a bonus level not tied to the progression. Ill try playing through the 3rd level and see if it will react differently.

It appears i can't save and exit on to the 3rd level Transport Tycoon as well. I had already setup the hospital and had it running for a while. I saved and exit had some lunch and watched a movie turned back on the game it tries to load the level then bugs out and wipes the level completely. At this point im not gonna try to load the previous 2 levels as the progress on those could reset as well most likely. I hope this can be fixed soon i really love the game and would love to see some dlcs soon, but at the moment i cant play like this i have limited free time and id rather not rush through levels.

Thanks for the report and for running some additional tests - This is super useful information.

Could you take a look at how much space the save data is taking up on your PS5 and report back? We're wondering if it has hit some limit and its failing to actually write the save itself.

If you don't know how, I think its under Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.

Thanks for your quick response i did a check and the saved data is sitting at 576.0MB  which compared to much larger games i play seems high also considering ive only finished the first 2 levels but im no expert in this area. The main data is at 6.63gb.
