Allow deletion of entire rooms.

Often in games like this, I pre build rooms and necessary components to mitigate wait times, character needs etc. Often this works in my favour, other times it doesn’t. I feel like the ability to delete entire rooms and recoup some of the money spent on them would be a good addition to the game.
