Localization Text missing

In the Patient Overview, when mousing over the Reception Desk for patients not yet checked in, the following message is displayed:

RECEPTION DESK
Missing I18N key (Reception Desk)

Hey! I am sorry you have a problem with missing localization text. To investigate the issue, we need you to provide us with certain game files - Instructions on generating the files can be found HERE. Please note that the files must be generated from the same session the bug has occurred.

Additionally, if possible, could you provide a screenshot of the missing text?
