Unable to assign laser surgery specialist

For some reason, once doctors reach level 2 and are able to be assigned a speciality, there is no option for laser surgery.

Hi Kimberley,

This is currently as designed. The way the current system works is the game will populate the list with 1. the room the doctor is currently in, 2. the room the staff member has spent the most time, and 3. a random room.

If you send that staff member to a laser surgery and open the panel again they should have it available as a specialisation.
