Steam achievements description/unlock incorrect

the achievements "gotta catch 'em all" and "the real test" both appear to be unlocked at 47 conditions encountered/researched despite their descriptions stating they need all 50

I already finished that achievement so steam won't show me the progress bar anymore but I was able to grab it from someone elses profile
