Unable to heal Baz in the first chapter
Polish game version on Xbox S. Mission with Baz.
After testing the samples, the sample container goes this way, between ambulance and the wall (sorry for that beautiful paint-like line drawing) and disappears in this place i painted with red circle. It's not *pop* disappear, it's like melting away in the fog.
Also pick up the call is impossible. Y button doesn't work.
I tried uninstall the game and install again, start whole game from the beginning or clear the memory. Nothing works.
Before this I also had an issue with the Y button in the game. It stops working. You can open rewards or pick up calls only with the " > " button on the Xbox pad.

Hey Łukasz! Thank you for reporting a problem with your Baz patient. Please note that we have released a new patch that should fix some of the problems. Please update your game to the newest version and let me know if you are still experiencing the problem.
As for the call not being picked up with the Y button - There is a workaround where you can use your right D-pad button to answer the call, but you have already mentioned that and our team is working on a fix to that problem.
