I have the same bug that has happened twice for different reasons, first one happens when I move the loam when someone is leaving they get stuck, I tried to kick them out but they stay standing. I tried saving and going back in from the menu and savings and restarting the game and nothing has worked.

The second one happened on Many Me, I dont know why but a bunch of clones are just stuck around the elevators. I tried a save and going back in from the menu, but they stayed stuck until I restarted the game.
