Retrograde patients won't spawn

No retrograde patients spawn in "Fourth Wall". I have all locations unlocked in the space station and 2 rooms built to treat it. When I get halfway through the mission I have to treat retrograde patients. I have level 4 or level 5 research 

stuck at "39 patients" treated. No more will spawn only galaxy brain patients.

Also, since this was raised a while back, some new updates have been released for the game. Can you confirm if you are still experiencing the same problem after updating your game?
