Baz objective stuck - cannot pick up transmission

I am just starting the game. At the point where you have to treat Baz. After the canister was diagnosed I am not able to pick up the transmission to progress. I’ve tried restarting the game but no change… 

This also occurs on Xbox one S

I’m at the treat Bazz objective in the orientation. The quest is stuck and I can’t answer the incoming transmission with Y. I’m on Xbox one S
