Lock Doctors to Type

Locking a single doctor to a single room is cumbersome when it comes to building efficiently. Instead of having, say, 2 rooms with 4 doctors sharing (swapping on breaks), it would seem we need 4 rooms for 4 doctors. Yes, you can micromanage every time someone goes on break, but that is somewhat contrary to being a management sim where you aren't meant to micromanage every detail. TPH does a great job when it comes to staff policies and management, so something in that realm would feel great!
