Chapter 1 Hard lock

Stuck at the treat baz part of chapter one, canister has been diagnosed and the comms popped up for me to press y on my controller. Pressing y doesn't pull up the call nor can I use the d-pad to access the call either. Nothing seems to be happening as time passes and I'm stuck essentially not being able to pass the first chapter or even progress

I had to restart that chapter but it doesn't seem to have repeated itself so I will call that a success, thanks for being so quick on the fix
