some Patients Cant Leave on Level 5

I am slowly accumulating patients that can't leave the hospital on level 5. They are getting maximum anger because they aren't near amenities, but they also can't leave. They cannot be teleported either.

Thank you for taking the time to update. I went back to the level that had the problems originally and all of the patients that were stuck have now disappeared like they were supposed to.

seems to all be working now
