Flower benches do not count as decoration (in general or plants)

The various types of double plant benches (bimlush, hush, spiralis, solflower, dupples) are not actually counting as a decoration in any sense. Staff/patients will complain about no decoration even when the benches are there, and these don't count towards plant decorations for needs either - see screenshot showing several of these bunches on the 2nd map yet a 0 rating for plants. This behavior was also happening on the first map (was very confusing getting no/low decoration pops when using these benches).
