Items are saying “blocked for no reason”

When placing things like doors, holodocs and decorations it will say “blocked”. For example I just opened up a new section of the hospital and was building a room, imagine my surprise when I can’t even place a door down. Had to restart from the beginning to fix it (which was fine as I was on the turtorial) but still.
