Metalhead Patients Not Arriving

As the title said, I'm stuck on Chapter 2 Metalhead Patients. I have the objective Metalhead Patients on step "Await Arrival of Shuttle" but I'm like an hour into the chapter and still waiting on the arrival of them. I've expanded my hospital into a new zone and still waiting. Tried restarting the game as well to no avail, nothing is working to un-bug it.
...This sucks. I love these types of games too and I'm stuck...
