Windows 8.1 64 bit, 8 Gm RAM, Intel(R) Core(TM) I7-4500 CPU1.80 GHz 2.40

GHz GPU: AMD Radeon R7 M265, Intel(R) HD Graphics Family. Version game 1.40f9

Long time ago I made a popular map "Λαβύρινθος του ΜινώταυρουΛαβύρινθος του ΜινώταυρουΛαβύρινθος του Μινώταυρου", after the release of patch 1.4 there was a problem with the menu, the elimination of which I have twice re-installed the game.
And now I can't find this map - in the map editor (I watched all the tabs), nor in "battles".
Sad. Please help. Access via TeamViewer to the laptop is ready to provide.
By the way, the image (main circuit in Steam) of this map for some reason, the map editor had my other map, measuring just 60x60 and for two, not published publicly "Тест огненных расщелин". When I walked into this map and edited it - the picture has become urgent.

The cache integrity check did. 1 file failed validation and been uploaded (Steam showed the download at 0 bytes).

Closed after 2 weeks due to inactivity / non-response from OP.

Any further tickets about this issue will be declined as there is nothing the core members of dev team can do to fix the issue. But you are welcome to contact me privately should you wish to attempt my possible solution.

Well usually the QA Team follow up on the issue on the reporter's behalf, but in this particular case it's a very specialised case that only Nano would be able to resolve even if we could reproduce it, which obviously we can't reproduce because it only exists on your machine, and despite our best efforts we haven't been able to talk you through the process of finding your missing in one of the other folders so it presumably isn't there either.

Luckily for you, I think i've found a solution to the problem and can restore your map back from the dead. That assumes of course you'd like to acknowledge my existence, not ignore my response and actually try my solution.

So. For 3 months nobody even started working on fixing this bug. This is the norm for you?

Yes, and Nano wanted to get on with fixing the issue rather than having to read an entire page of text to look for the answers.

We're all aware that the answers are somewhere in that wall of text, he asked for it to be summed up together in one place for quick viewing, which I did for you since you were more interested in complaining instead.

And they can't fire me, i'm a volunteer... which means i'd be perfectly fine and within my rights to ignore your posts rather than help you... but I don't do that, so you do your part in this and show people the respect they deserve when they're helping you.

For Nano (since OP would rather complain than actually answer your questions and be helpful):

Map Name: Λαβύρινθος του ΜινώταυρουΛαβύρινθος του ΜινώταυρουΛαβύρινθος του Μινώταυρου

Visible in the remote folder: Apparently not.

> For Nano (since OP would rather complain than actually answer your questions and be helpful):

1) I pointed out: ALL the QUESTIONS asked Nanorock ALREADY HAVE the ANSWERS IN REMARKS ABOVE!
2) I RE-ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS PUT TO THEM!

I'm surprised that this ignorant lout, as Andrew "Nutter" Jaggar, still not fired.

Hello = ) Sorry for the delay,
1) What is the name of your missing map ?

2) Is it visible somewhere in steam/userdata/[user id]/230190/remote ?

1) "1) What is the name of your missing map ?"

-

I immediately (in the first post in the topic start) named my map.

2) "Is it visible somewhere in steam/userdata/[user id]/230190/remote?"

2 months ago, I wrote here that the "Map is missing", and this phrase is the link to the video. Video shows FULL scrolling of the contents of the folder "steam/userdata/[user id]/230190/remote".

Since then, nothing has changed. I am the author of this map. And I don't have access to my map! Neither play it nor edit!
