Game Doesn't Start

Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit

16GB Ram

AMD Phenom II x4 965 3.4 GHz

GeForce GTX 660


Can't even open the game, it only gives me the crash error msg. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Tried verifying the game cache through Steam. Could use some help because I'd like to play the game.

It looks like it's my headset. Was able to get it to open by turning off the headset. Is there a way of being able to play without having to turn it off, start the game, then turn it back on?

I've also attempted to manually download the latest .NET Framework, it says my computer has the latest on it already.
