Allow players to continue exploring after completing main objective

I’d really like an option to continue playing a campaign level after completing the main objective, rather than having the level end immediately.

In the original Dungeon Keeper, once you’d completed the main objective you could choose when you were ready to finish the level. This gave you the opportunity to explore the rest of the map before moving on.

I think this would be particularly useful in War for the Overworld because each campaign level has additional achievement objectives that you may still be working towards when you accidentally trigger the main victory condition.

For example, on Level 8 there’s an achievement for defiling all 7 tombs. I had found and defiled 5 of them and was still exploring for the remaining 2, but I accidentally completed the main objective and the level immediately ended. This meant I couldn’t finish exploring or attempt the achievement without replaying the entire level.

It would be great if, after completing the main objective, the player was given a “Finish Level” button (or similar). The level could then continue normally until the player decides they’re ready to leave.

I think it would be a nice quality-of-life improvement, especially for players who enjoy fully exploring each map.
