game wont start, no black screen

hi, i am now having trouble starting War For The Overworld, have played it many times and now i get a error message, i dont get a black screen just a error message in the middle of the screen.   i am using windows 11 64bit   32GB ram, nvidia gforce RTX 5070 Ti laptop in my high end laptop, i have a short video screen capture of what it shows and i have a compress 7zip of my remote folder to look at but dont know how to send it as there is no section to send files, i have uninstalled the game and reinstall it and still the same thing
