unable to replay undergames

I would like to play the Undergames again, but I am stuck in a loop.  I've tried resetting progress several times, but when I try to play the first stage, the map opens to the previously completed map, and continue does not allow me to advance to the next stage, on any of the underlords.  I have tried with different difficulty settings, but nothing seems to work.
