Game crash on start up windows 10

Hi there,

I recently purchased your game from GOG and was directed here for a solution to the problem I am encountering. The game splash screen will pop up and the game will load up to the start screen about 50% of the time. A few times I've been able to play the game if I allow I alt-tab out as it loads. It says there is an error happening when the game crashes some times but I haven't been able to locate the file that it is in. Any help would be appreciated.
