[Multiplayer] Potions are dropped and consumed without actually taking effect.
Hello. When I was playing a multiplayer game with someone as host, when I dropped my Haste Potion, there was no effect, and my creatures weren't Hasted. This was the first potion I dropped, and I do believe that the Wisdom Juice potions I dropped immediately after did take effect, but I would have to double-check. The biggest issue though, is that my Haste potion was wasted with no effect, and this is a pretty serious bug.
The map was Caldera. I was connected to my opponent.
Windows 7 64-bit
8 GB RAM, Intel Core i3 6100, NVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti

Thanks for the report. Just to confirm from this report it's not expressly clear. Are you the host or client in this scenario?
I was the client in the scenario.

The Haste potion is actually working but only on hosts simulation.
When a client used it the minions did not speed up visually, but on the host they did.
So when rallied under Haste minions were first not moving faster but get finally teleported ahead because their speed didn't match the host.
We make now sure this speed up is probelry networked, so that the speed up is visual on client sides rather than doing a strange teleport.
