the title says it all in another scenario game the inhibitors only broke after saving the game then going back into it

I am not a geek and don't like a lot of fuss. I found it very complicated to contact you and report the problem with the game. I would like to see a more user friendly set-up to report bugs. I don't know how to find files in saves I tried typing in the address bar the address to published but the computer didn't find that file even when I tried other drives like D: or E:. I don't know how to take screen shots ether. I just wan't as little hassle as possible. And why am I saving this message instead of sending it?
