Save crash issue - Main campain - level 10, level 11. Hard crash to Win 10. No error file.

Hi. 


Looks like I'm not the only one here with the same issue. It would appear you have a save bug since the most recent patch.


I have had it happen on mission 10 and 11. 


I have had five hard crashes to win 10 (win error reporter activates) with no bug file via WfTO folders.


This is particularly annoying, as I have defeated Deimos, and have now beaten Kiera five times, eacfh time trying to save freezes the game, and after a min crashes to desktop.


System specs:


I5 7600

Gigabyte Z270X Mboard.

16 gig ram

Nvidia 1070

SSD (samsung evo)

2TB HDrive.

windows 10.

Sorry to hear about the crashes you're suffering from.


In order to investigate this further we'll need an output log from an affected session. An output log is always generated while the game is running and you can find the location of it here: How to: Submit a Bug Ticket


Can you confirm what kind of crash you experience. Is it a hard crash straight to desktop with no error messages or a "stopped responding" message? 


I'm afraid I'm not familiar with the names of the characters provided, it's possible that these are localized names. Which level are you trying to save when this issue occurs?


As soon as we have these answers and files we'll try to look what we can see.
