Rebelling minions can be targeted with Blood Money
This is a fairly minor issue. Normally, rebelling minions are treated like enemies for the purpose of spell targeting (can be lightning-bolted, can't be possessed, etc). But they're still susceptible to blood money, which makes it trivial to stop a rebellion.

Thanks for reporting this, it does look like there is an issue here. We are going to take a look at the status of rebelling units, and see if blood money's functionality should change.
