As per your request to send you files to fix the game as mentioned in this thread: http://steamcommunity.com/id/ManWithNoBrows/recommended/230190/

I’m attaching the requested files.

I’m using Windows for gaming, but I’m VERY glad you guys support a proper OS, Linux, so I don’t have to use this crappy Windows 10 OS. I didn’t notice that until just now, so maybe at some point I’ll run it on Linux Mint.

I couldn’t find the build number for the game, and I don’t feel like waiting for the game to load to get it. I use Steam, so it updates every time before I play, so whatever build it was on Febby 13 at night EST is what the version number was/is.

Files attached:

  1. Output_log.txt – This is the output log from the last game I played that made me write the review and stop playing it anymore.
  2. Remote.7z – This archive contains several save files that were on my machine from my last playthrough.
  3. I didn’t see a crash report in the directory specified in https://brightrockgames.userecho.com/knowledge-bases/2/articles/118-how-to-submit-a-bug-ticket
  4. This was an offline game issue.

My review / bug report:

The gameplay is VERY choppy, and most of the time one of the sound channels stops running, (Ex. No background music or no VO) The game often freezes and you lose all controls for the game.

I seriously do not recommend this game.

System Specs:

Graphics Card: AMD RX480 4GB of RAM (I think - if not then it's the 8GB model)

RAM: 16GB

HDD: Many gigs free

Proc: AMD FX-8320 8-core proc each core is clocked at the default of 3.5GHz per core

OS: Windows 10 64 bit

There's absolutely no reason why this game should be running this poorly.

Rick

Hey Rick,

I'm just looking at this now, are these the only two levels that you are having sub-par performance on (the two in the remotes.7z folder) or is a general issue on every level you play?

I do agree that it should not be running poorly on you machine; can you give me a ballpark of the Frame Per Second that you are averaging? Is it consistently low or dipping when doing specific actions?

We will try to investigate what you have given us but answering the above would be helpful.

Cheers,

Cian

I play long games, but it happens on all levels and for a time it was fine, but after a while the issue happened even at the beginning. I don't always use the saves, and instead start the level over through the map.
