Game Just Stops Working

Since the new windows 10 update this week, I have not been able to play the game. It works fine for the first minute, then everything stops and I mean everything. None of the icons work so I can't build anything, I can't create any spells - Nothing. Even when I try to exit by pressing ESC, the pop up doesn't appear so I have to go to desktop and exit that way which isn't ideal. Please can this be fixed?
