WftO starts in the secondary monitor - Linux

Hi,

I have a 2-monitor setup with both being at 1080p resolution. Game always starts on the secondary monitor.

In-game settings do not matter, they don't change anything.

The only workaround I have found so far is that when I use the launch option: -show-screen-selector

Then when I select Windowed mode, it actually starts on the correct output and goes to full-screen automatically. Though, I would need to do this every time. (-adapter N does not work)

Please let me know what kind of logs are needed.

Current setup is:

Kernel: 4.10.1-1-ARCH x86_64 (64 bit) Desktop: Xfce 4.12.3 Distro: Arch Linux

Mobo: MSI model: Z97 GAMING 3 (MS-7918)

Display Server: X.Org 1.19.2 driver: nvidia Resolution: 1920x1080@60.00hz, 1920x1080@60.00hz

Memory: 8GB DDR3

CPU: i7-4790K @4.4GHz

Client version: 1.5.2f4

Hi Cian,Thank you for replying!Actually, I think this could rather be an issue with my whole screen-setup - as you know Arch is what you make of it and if it works on Debian, then there's something that I'm missing out here, rather than you guys doing anything wrong. I shall keep looking into my setup and hopefully I'll work out a fix myself. When I do find it then I'll post about it, to make sure no-one else falls to the issue. :)On another note, I would like to thank you and the whole Brightrock team! Frankly, I am quite stunned regarding you and the team being so active and actually responding to people's queries and issues on Linux - that is a very rare thing! And for that, you have my eternal gratitude and wallet for upcoming titles which support Linux.Huge THANK you again and have a great day! :)PS! Thank you again for making a true sequel for the Dungeon Keeper. May your success be swift and your opposing underlords shiver with fear! ;)Godspeed!

Hey Rivia,

I'm really sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we cannot fix this issue for you as we only confirm that the game works for Debian based distro's. My recommendation would be to either install a Debian based distro alongside Arch or continue to select the monitor view the -show-screen-selector menu.

We are again very sorry about the situation and hope that this doesn't effect your enjoyment of the game.
