Game incorrectly claims that I am using the wrong graphics card

Windows 7, 64 Bit Opearing System, 32GB RAM, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4800MQ CPU @ 2.70GHz.

I was asked to post this by Nutter.

Sometimes when I try to launch the game, I receive a message telling me that I am not using the best graphics card available. However, I have already set used both the programme settings and global settings to force the high-performance graphics card to run whilst playing, as per the guide. This message does not appear every time I try to play, it seems to occur around 50% of the time. It does not impair performance at all, and is more of a nuisance than anything.

Hi Webbernever1,

Please can you add your full system specs including a Dxdiag output if possible.

In addition can you take a screenshot of the message for us.

Thanks,

Lee

Hmmm not sure why this was left Under Review but was not in the agent's review list. Accepting for code to take a look at but as it's nothing more than a nuisance there'll be more pressing matters for them to attend to.

I must have screwed up the export process or something, sorry!

The log shows that the game is currently running using the discrete Intel GPU and not the NVidia GPU, which means the game is not correctly being given the more powerful GPU. The notification is working correctly.
