menu does not appear

Hello,

I purchased War for the OVerworld on Steam.

When I launch the game, the menu does not appear (I am directly starting with the hand/mouse in the dungeon). Can you help and let me know how to have the menu appearing on screen.

First steps are to try the suggested workarounds for this issue as listed here: Missing, Invisible or Laggy UI

Confirm you that the below worked fine:

"

  • Right click the game in your steam library and go to properties
  • Click "Set launch options"
  • Add "-force-d3d9" in this box (No quotation marks)"
