Shrines construct placement oddity
It says it allows constructs, yet you can't place one actually.

Only for outpost and replacement earth and that's intended.
Every other Construct works can be placed on Shrines.
you are able to place constructs on shrines, but not an outpost, because it doesn't make any sense, why you want to place an outpost on a shrine. Simply because it will get destroyed when the enemy takes the shrine.

Likely you're not meant to be able to place constructs in which case the tooltip would be incorrect. I'll double check this on Monday.
Double checked as well and can confirm this is working as intended.
