There is a Blade Lotus that has been attacking my minions, it is concealed now that there are no intruders around, but there is still its unit shield.

Seems one line of code taking care got accidentally removed during modifications.
It will be back next patch :)

I can confirm this issue for the current build (1.4.2.b2). The health shield remains visible even if the blade lotus resubmerges.

From my test enemy Blade Loti are not disappearing at all. Which is definitely not intended. :P

Blade Lotus is a trap which gets invisible after it's not in use.
The HP Shild can be seen for short, but then goes invisible as well.

Since your minions spotted it already, I think it makes sense to not hide it completely, leaving shield as a reminder.
