In level four, the first enemy underlord you fight in the game repeats his "I don't want to fight" messages over and over and over again.
Also when you get the beast lair, the description of the mind beast plays twice.
I'll take a look at the save files next week, but if the issue is not occuring on them I suspect we won't be able to identify a problem.
I don't know that the save files will help either as I've gone past both the levels, but here you go.

I reloaded both times and it was still doing it, I'm afraid. Also, on the map where you have to defend the other underlord from getting rushed (the one before you get the necromancers) three of your minions always spawn inside the bedrock south west of your dungeon core and have to be picked out. When I finished that map, it was rather confusing too, I beat them but they said something about a flare and then the mission ended and the adviser guy was saying "they may have won this time". I think there was supposed to be a spell they cast that kills the other underlord, but I didn't see any of that happen. all that happened was that suddenly I couldn't use the mouse for a bit and then the level ended. I think maybe it was meant to zoom in on the other keeper to show me the spell going off, but it didn't.

Has this only occurred to you once so far? Were you able to reproduce this problem?
Can confirm there's nothing in the save files and can't replicate myself. For now I'll close this off as complete, but if you ever have any other issues let us know.
