Enemy spawn is not working after loading saved game, i faced this issue in main campaign and in 2nd mission in DLC Heart of gold.

In main campaign missions and DLC second mission AI and Enemies starts to behave them strange, such as in 2nd mission they are stoped to spawn their patrols (sry for my English). That was the reason of easy win.
