I’ve passed the tutorial but I can’t click and start stage 2

I’ve passed the tutorial but it’s not letting me continue the campaign to stage 2

I just bought this game and it’s not letting me get past stage 1. I’ve complete it multiple times. Deleted the options text.  Uninstall and reinstall. Played in offline and online. Tried the “great stuff” and “unlock campaign”. Nothing is working. 

So not sure if this will be seen but I can’t get past the tutorial. Is it still a bug?
