Yes it has been fixed a while ago. Perhaps the mod forgot to update the status of this bug.

Bug is not set as fixed yet so I assume it's not fixed yet.

Not in this case. It was mostly due to the sacred ground part. I wasn't sure whether it was due to the fact that in order to take prisoners they have to fall on your territory or not (I suppose it is now).

I did have trouble with loading a save on the 'rhoad' level, where claimed and 'unlocked' shrines were being wacky.

I only have this problem when he dies on sacred ground. So by luring him out and then killing him I had no problem.

They still refuse to pick him up whenever I kill him though.

Update: I left the game running for some time and suddenly he disappeared and reappeared again (alive) so that's something.

So I have until monday to exploit the bug? Better hurry then ;)

That is supposed to be the case. They remove the damage over time for spirits and made them go through doors now. So that part is not a bug.

And the first one it did no happen only because I didn't use spirits that level.

All the levels but the first one in the new campaign (Heart of Gold).
