Issue: The Cynical Imp Charity DLC worker skins do not pick up team colours in game, despite Noontide's confirmation that the assets do in fact, have team colour functionality.
The suit clad version, The Cynical Imp, is always a pinkish fleshtone where not covered by the clothing portions of the design. This was somewhat anticipated from the preview materials, because it didn't seem to resemble the colouration of team settings I'd seen (prior to any gameplay unlocks.) The Cynical Imp (Classic) however, is the same red as a standard worker, which led me to expect that it would pick up the team colour, but it does not and I see no reason why it shouldn't. Noontide had a few suggestions that involved applying the team colour to parts of the clothing on the suited version. However, I'd avoid this as it would too much alter the appearance from what is displayed in promotional materials, and that could also mislead or disappoint future purchasers who would be basing their decisions on those materials. Also, others on the Discord have expressed a preference for keeping the suited version as it is. In light of those concerns, I'd suggest implementing team colours on Classic's skintone and making a clone of the suited version in order to implement team colors on its skintone. I think this would satisfy everyone if it's feasible. The resulting new variant might be labelled The Cynical Imp (Team) or similar, allowing the original to keep its appearance for those who may prefer it. If not, my original expectations would at least be met if team colours were applied to just the classic version. Thanks for your consideration.
*I doubt logs and such would be useful for this issue, but I would be happy to provide them if they would.*
