Hi Brightrock Games Team

First off, i just wanted to say thank you for the hard Work you put into War for the Overworld.

It is a very fun game and feels like DK2 :D.

I've been following the progress since the old days on the dungeon keeper forum.

I'm rooting for your progress as a company in general and would like to hear, if you consider "reviving" another classic RTS game.

The Game I'm talking about is "Metal Fatigue" (from the year 2000) and i think there are a lot of people who would love to see a new game like that :).

I look forward to your response.

Kind Regards,

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

First sorry for taking such a long time to get back to you. While we were extremely busy with 2.0 we had to put on hold some of our responses to non-priority tickets. We're finally winding down and have found a moment to get in touch and we appreciate your message!

I have to say that I remember Metal Fatigue well and I absolutely adored that game, it's certainly a little known gem from the RTS golden age in the late 90s - early 00s. I'd love to see a game in the same vein but I don't think it's going to be on our agenda to do something similar in the immediate future.

We're still hard at work finishing up WFTO and we're getting ready to move onto our upcoming project, which I'm sad to say won't fill the gap Metal Fatigue left. Maybe I'll be able to pitch something similar to the team after that though? ;)

Cheers,

Lee

Hi Lee,

thank you for taking the time to answer me on this topic.

I am glad that WFTO worked out the way it did, It's alot of fun and I am happy to be a part of the community :).

I'm looking forward to your next game and wish you and your team all the best.

About that pitch though... don't play with my feelings :P.

Well I still think it would be a great concept to work with and a company like Brightrock, that was born out of hardcore fans, would make the best of it :).

Thanks and good luck with Project Aftercare ;),

Daniel
