Isonzo Full Progress Wiped – Save Overwritten by Blank Cloud Save

Hello Brightrock Games Support Team,

I am writing to request a full recovery of my lost game progress for Isonzo.

I have invested many hours into this game, with complete weapon unlocks, ranked stats, kill records, level progression, and all in-game achievements.

The problem happened after I reinstalled my Windows system:

All local save files ( save data_user.dat  and backup) were erased completely. When I launched the game for the first time after reinstallation, the game generated a brand-new blank local save with zero progress. This empty file automatically synced to Steam Cloud and permanently overwrote my original legitimate cloud save.

Now my account shows 0 kills, 0 progress, no weapon unlocks, and all stats reset to zero.

I have no remaining local backups, and the Steam Cloud now only contains this corrupted blank save file. There is no way for me to restore my thousands of hours of gameplay by myself.

Could you please manually restore my account’s original progress, statistics, unlocks and historical save data from your server-side records?
