Unable to unlock Deny Them Your Essence Trophy

Playing the DLC I played chapter 1 of the DLC on challenge and unlocked the 5 star challenge trophy but didn't unlock the regular 5 star trophy.

Carried on playing then went back and rest the game to try again on regular and unlocked 5 stars again but didn't get the trophy.

Deleted and reinstalled game - wiped save and skipped main story and replayed the story version and didn't get the trophy.

Repeated above step but this time in sandbox mode and didn't get the trophy

Essentially I have played chapter 1 of DLC 4 different ways and got 5 stars each time and unlocked the appropriate award but have not unlocked Deny Them your Essence trophy inspite of unlocking Seeing the Big Board challenge trophy.

Playing on PS5

Have previously run into the not saving progress trophy so I deleted that save and replayed the entire game
