stuck on loading game screen

I instaled Galacticare on my PC from Xbox pass but never was able to play. I started game from Xbox app but the game always stuck on first loading screen. I have reinstall the game even app but always the same problem. Recently the game have some update on store  so I tried again. But the same problem. 

All other games are fine only this one. Please help.file Player from Galacticare folder

Edit: if you could send the Player and Player-prev files too it might help us pinpoint the issue.

I've tried to find the log file in the first place  when i start the post. 

theres only two text file in this location (Player and Player-prev)

"C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow\Brightrock Games\Galacticare"
