Got Saboteur in "base game" mission, and can't fight back against it

I got the DLC, but I wanted to end my "Challenge run of the base game" before going for the new missions. Turns out, I get saboteurs coming in to my hospital, with me having no idea how to fight them, as i didn't even get the tutorial about them from first DLC mission.

I can see the items meant to deal with them in inventory, but when I attempt to craft them, it doesn't work. i still have "0" of them. So now, the saboteur is running amok in my hospital, killing doctors and sabotaging devices, and I can't do anything!

Please fix this behaviour. I shouldn't have to interact wityh the saboteur mechanic, even in sandbox, unless I actually played a DLC mission. It's just not logical.

Hey Antoine Litzler! Sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Saboteurs. Could you please send over a screenshot or a video of this issue? Additionally, it would be helpful if you could generate a debug file so the team can pinpoint the issue quicker!

Debug files provide critical information that may help us identify and fix issues that you report to us. In most cases we will ask you to provide these key files

These files contain:

  • A Save Game made at the moment the command is inputted
  • Your 3 most recent autosaves
  • Your progression data (The Player Profile)
  • A log file containing outputs from the game's debug tools
  • A screenshot taken of the state of the game when the input is given

All data is anonymised.

Step by Step

While the game is running, and as recent to the issue as possible (ideally with it currently ongoing)

  1. Pause the Game
  2. Input Ctrl + Shift + F7, this will generate your debug files
  3. Locate your Debug .zip Files, these will be located at:
    1. C:\Users\{User Name}\AppData\LocalLow\Brightrock Games\Galacticare
    2. Your debug files will be in zip file named "Galacticare Debug Save" plus the time and date the files were generated

Please note that generating these files can take up to a minute depending on your machine's hardware.

Thanks so much!
